As a certified breastfeeding counsellor, I am dedicated to supporting and empowering parents on their breastfeeding journey. Whether you’re preparing for the arrival of your baby or facing challenges along the way, I offer personalised, compassionate guidance to help you navigate through the different stages of your breastfeeding journey.
I am here to provide the tools, knowledge and confidence you may need to create a positive breastfeeding experience for both you and your baby. Starting out or looking for ongoing support, i’m here to help you every step of the way.
Packages
Phone consultation - £45
A phone conversation to discuss your breastfeeding experience so far, any challenges you’re facing, and what support you are looking for moving forward. Also if you are pregnant and wanting to know more about preparing for your breastfeeding journey.

Face to face consultation - £90
Video & Online Appointments
A full feeding assessment & latch support will take place, all in the comfort of your own home. Troubleshooting any problems you may be facing or help you may need with your different stages of breastfeeding such as colostrum harvesting, returning to work, pumping or weaning. Includes 2 weeks of phone support after the initial assessment and continued recommendations if need.
This package is designed to prepare you for a positive breastfeeding experience before your baby arrives. It includes a comprehensive consultations where we’ll discuss breastfeeding basics, techniques, and what to expect in the early days. You’ll learn about proper latch, positioning, building milk supply, and common challenges. We’ll also cover topics like pumping, preparing for returning to work, and creating a breastfeeding plan that fits your goals. This package is tailored to you and your intentions on how you wish to feed your little one, giving you the knowledge and confidence to begin your feeding journey with a strong foundation.
This package is also useful if you have had a certain breastfeeding journey before hand and wish to discuss how you can aim for a more positive experience this time round.

The Prepare package - £200
The Postnatal Package - £200
This postnatal package is to provide you with personalised breastfeeding support once baby arrives. During this time, a full assessment of your breastfeeding technique will take place, guidance on the correct latch & positioning, also help to troubleshoot any challenges such as nipple pain, low milk supply, or feeding difficulties. Additionally, I will provide emotional support, discuss newborn feeding cues, and help you establish a feeding plan tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking for reassurance along the way or in need expert advice through your breastfeeding journey, this package is for you!
Includes:
Hospital visit/video call once baby arrives.
2x 1 hr home visits.
Phone & WhatsApp support for 2 weeks after visit.
Access to all EBOOKS on website free of charge.
